Vacancies

If you’re looking to become an Apprentice, you’ve come to the right place!

Working with Careers Wales, ALS has established a network of employers who are looking for keen, motivated people who would like the opportunity to learn and contribute to the workplace.

What is an Apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships in Wales are jobs that include recognised qualifications and job-specific skills. You earn a wage while you work and learn.

Apprenticeships help individuals accelerate their career by providing the right experience and job-specific skills and help businesses recruit in a cost-effective way.

Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 16, including those with a disability, health condition or learning difficulty. There is no upper age limit, however each vacancy will carry its own Individual eligibility requirements for the Apprenticeship Funding. Dependent on the selected Apprenticeship qualification route and level.

You have to apply for an Apprenticeship vacancy like any other job. The employer who advertises the Apprenticeship will state the qualifications, skills and experience they require.

Below is a list of our live vacancies we have on offer right now, but we develop hundreds more opportunities throughout the year so please make sure you come back soon and check out our other opportunities.
