Key duties: 
- Provide Finance administrative support
- Reception and banking cash
- The administration of petty cash for head quarters
- Station based, monthly petty cash reconciliation 
- Support supplier payments
- Data entry in Finance systems 
- Gathering data and presenting in an electronic format
- General invoices, credit notes etc
- Providing administrative support for Debt Collection
- Supporting the annual stock take
- Supporting administrative returns
- Successfully complete AAT Accounting Qualifications Levels 2, 3 and 4 within the required timescale, during a three year apprenticeship

Salary:  £17,842 per year

Hours: 31-40 hours per week
